Background

We have held the Handmade Christmas Craft and Gift Market at Southwell Methodist Church since 2014.

From small beginnings of just one church hall and just 18 stalls in 2014, the event grew to two halls in 2015 and grew again in 2017 to encompass the Methodist Church itself and a total of 50 stallholders across four areas.

The event has always been very well attended and promoted and our stallholders are very happy with our event often booking to return year on year.

We ensure that all of our exhibitors are showcasing handmade items only with absolutely no bought in products permitted.

We also have a strict policy of offering a varied and high quality event therefore we have a maximum number of exhibitors allowed per category ensuring that the event is not over saturated by one particular craft.  I know from experience how frustrating it can be attending an event and finding you are one of many crafters selling similar items and this is not fair on you.
